In this AV Stumpfl PIXERA Operator Training, participants will be introduced to the most important aspects of working with the popular PIXERA media server platform on professional AV-projects. In addition to teaching the foundations of using the PIXERA software, this three-day long training will also enable participants to learn the skills needed to realize more complex workflow-scenarios.
Each participant will have the opportunity to work directly with the PIXERA software in a variety of scenarios.
The Official Operator Training is the perfect introduction to the versatile world of our acclaimed system for real-time media processing, compositing and management.
With a mixture of direct instruction and practical exercises, time will be spent unwrapping the setup of a show from its design to final playout. Participants will come away from the training with a good understanding and the software and hardware.

All technology necessary for the training will be provided, although if you have a Windows laptop with an Nvidia graphics card, it is recommended you bring it. Additionally, please bring a mouse with a scroll wheel.
Profile of the Trainer:
Ben Champion is the Technical Specialist for the AV Stumpfl UK Team.
He works with the worldwide PIXERA team in customer support, software testing and development, specialising in Notch and audio workflows, as well as on community development at the UK office. Ben's background is in live and recorded audio, live stream production and motion design/video editing.
Thanks to this knowledge, he brings creativity, and software experience for using PIXERA and for various workflows.

After registering, we will send you an invoice for the full amount of ÂŁ800 + VAT. Please submit payment by 2 weeks before the first date of the training, to avoid losing your spot. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please get in touch ASAP.

Travel:
Brentford is an easy drive from London Heathrow if you're flying in. We have Brentford Station a short walk away and TFL buses in the area are cheap and run regularly.
Food:
Lunch and snacks will be provided each day, with plenty of tea and coffee on hand. Brentford also has Lidl and Morrisons supermarkets, as well as plenty of local options for food and drink. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know in advance.
